Congratulations Blake Baggett and The Entire Rocky Mountain ATVMC-WPS-KTM team!

Merritt Island FL, June 20, 2017 – Engine Ice Hi-Performance Coolant, the premier choice for powersports coolant and antifreeze, would like to congratulate Blake Baggett and the entire Rocky Mountain ATVMC-WPS-KTM team on their victory on Saturday, June 17th at the Red Bull High Point Nationals.

Taking place in Mt Morris, Pennsylvania the High Point National was the first time this season that the 2017 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship, sanctioned by AMA Pro Racing appeared on the east coast. As one of the longest running events on the tour, High Point has seen its share of history and Saturday was no exception.

Coming off the first 450MX overall win of his career two weeks ago in Colorado, Baggett was the man to beat at High Point. A win in the first moto coupled with a conservative ride in Moto 2 gave Baggett the overall win, but more importantly the red plate as the current championship points leader. Baggett is no stranger to the red plate as he won the 250MX class in 2012 while a part of the Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki team.

“As the summer continues the riders and their machines are subject to the intense heat and stress that national competition provides. While we can’t help the riders, just knowing that Engine Ice won’t fail in their machines gives them one less thing to worry about,” said Dave Kimmey, President of CycleLogic, the makers of Engine Ice. The key to horsepower is not losing it, and Engine Ice Hi-Performance Coolant is engineered to maintain optimum operating temperature and reduce power loss from excess heat. “Right out of the bottle” Engine Ice Hi-Performance Coolant is ready to provide dependable horsepower and is proven to reduce operating temperatures.

Follow Engine Ice on social media to get updates all season with news from the track and behind the scenes content from all of our great Engine Ice supported racers.

Engine Ice Hi-Performance Coolant is biodegradable, phosphate free, non-toxic, and typically reduces operating race temperatures, effectively keeping boil-over temperatures to 256°F or less and freeze-up protection to -26° F. Factory or privateer, highly modified or stock, all machines benefit from using Engine Ice.

“The AIMExpo presented by Nationwide shows in front of the curve thinking, that mimics Engine Ice’s philosophy of evolution and cutting edge execution. Events like this are critical to the success of the industry. In one location, we can speak to not only the dealers who sell our products, but also the consumer who relies on Engine Ice to perform in their machine. It allows us to understand the needs of all so that we can make Engine Ice better. It also gives us the opportunity to say thank you for their support.”

“America is the largest recreational powersports market in the world, and AIMExpo is about showcasing the best of American industry in one place at one time to dealers, media, and consumers.  David and the team at Engine Ice were among the first to embrace the value of a more modern platform that created a national spotlight for all of the powersports industry, including both OEM’s and aftermarket companies, to reveal new products to the trade and media and then immediately share those with our enthusiast consumers.  We’re looking forward to hosting them again at this year’s new venue in Columbus, OH,” said Larry Little, Vice President, and General Manager, MIC Events.

The 2017 version of the expo will take place at the Greater Columbus Convention Center (GCCC) September 21-24, 2017. Engine Ice Hi-Performance Coolant

For over 15 years, Engine Ice has been the top selling engine coolant in the Powersports Industry and can be found inside the radiators of the top motocross, supercross and off-road racers in the world. Blake Baggett presented with Champion’s Chip

Merritt Island FL, (May 10, 2017) –  Engine Ice Hi-Performance Coolant, the premier choice for powersports coolant and antifreeze, has presented Blake Baggett with an Engine Ice Champion’s Chip. Baggett was awarded the chip at the Las Vegas round of the Monster Energy Supercross series in recognition for his never say die racing attitude and specifically for the come-from-behind charge he exhibited at the Daytona Supercross earlier this year.

Based upon the long-standing military tradition of “Challenge Coins” that date back as far as the Roman era.  David Kimmey, the owner of CycleLogic Products, the producer of Engine Ice Hi-Performance Coolant, developed an award suitable for the athletes that take place in the various sports where Engine Ice participate.

Soldiers who showed extraordinary efforts or heroic acts received a specially struck coin in recognition for their efforts. That tradition continues to this day in our US Armed Forces. Kimmey felt there was a need to recognize athletes for their extraordinary efforts on and off the track and came up with his version of the coin, the “Engine Ice Hi-Performance Coolant Champions Chip.”

“After beginning the main event dead last in the 22 rider field, it would have been easy to throw in the towel and ride around for the main event,” said Kimmey. “But that is not in Blake’s nature. He charged through the field on a challenging track picking off riders on his way to a fantastic seventh place finish at the checkered flag. This ride, along with his dedicated professionalism to racing and the drive he’s shown all season long has earned him this chip and our appreciation as a role model in the sport.”
